Can I exchange my product? What do I have to consider?
Basically yes. You have a right of return! If you have made an order by mistake, received a wrong delivery or the delivery was simply too late, then you may claim it. However, if you have already opened your cosmetic product, then we are not allowed to take it back for hygienic reasons and therefore we are not allowed to refund it.
How did the exchange and refunds work?
If you refuse to accept your NUTREEOIL package or do not pick up your package from the post office, it will come back to us and we will contact you immediately to find out why. If you have already received the package but still want to return the unopened product to us, simply email us at email@example.com and request your return label. Your payment will be refunded via the payment method you provided.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes, since our NUTREEOIL Cacay Oil is 100% natural and without additives, it is suitable for all skin types. Whether dry, oily or combination skin - the dry oil is immediately absorbed and nourishes. The best part is, it doesn't leave an oily film. It helps regulate sebum production and restores the skin's natural balance. This improves the appearance of the skin. However, the skin is usually pre-treated and you may experience blemishes at the beginning. This happens because your skin cleanses itself with the NUTREEOIL care and repels the pollutants and impurities first. Therefore, we recommend that you apply the Cacay oil purely to your skin and do not mix it with other creams in that case. Yes, our bottles are made of glass because we are committed to using less plastic. The packaging and the shipping box are made of recycled eco-paper. For the packaging material in the shipping box we use renewable natural wood wool.
How can I track the shipment of my order?
You will receive an email from us as soon as we have shipped your package. In this mail you will find your own tracking number. With this number you can follow your package exactly under the link in the mail.
What can I do if my package is returned to the sender?
In this case, we will contact you by mail to see if your address was correct. Then your package will be sent out to you again.

We ship our NUTREEOIL packages throughout Germany and the EU with the parcel service provider DPD. Our customers automatically receive a tracking number with their order to track their package. To Switzerland we ship with DHL.
